Appetite Delight is the creation of chef Shirley Morton. Shirley was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta and now lives with her husband and three daughters in the Spruce Grove area. She comes from a family of great cooks, with her grandmother being a professional cook. She entered the catering business part time, working for a catering company, graduated to cooking with church suppers...and the rest is history, as they say. She has twenty years experience and has done everything from small in-home gatherings to large banquets. Shirley was a partner in the Kneat Eats & Sweet Treats catering company for five years before beginning Appetite Delight.

Shirley is not afraid of a challenge. In fact, the more challenging, the better. There is nothing that this girl can’t handle. Bring it on!
